Developers Mojang have just announced that the ever popular Minecraft will be expanding it’s audience to PS4 in time for the consoles launch on the 29th of November. You can see our coverage of the PS4 launch here.
Previously it seemed Minecraft would only ever see the light of day on PC and all things Microsoft. Whilst no details were provided as to the decision for Mojang to join Sony’s ranks or if there will be any unique features to Ps4 version this certainly shows off Sony’s pulling power. During a pre-Gamescom announcement it is clear to see that gamers and critics alike are dancing to Sony’s tune and this is strengthened by the fact that so many indie developers have decided to release their games on PS4.
Minecraft will also be making it’s way to PS3 and PS Vita.
