It has been revealed that Lego Batman 3 is to receive a Season Pass!
The content included features six themed packs which revolve around particular “versions” and scenarios of our favourite DC Comics Superheroes.
Only three of the six have been revealed so far but we can expect big things from those that have been announced so far.
The first of the three is The Dark Knight pack which will feature Batman chasing down The Joker during the infamous scene from the movie of the same name as The Joker and his gang of merry men try to take down Harvey Dent while being transported in his police escort. Playable characters include Batman, Commissioner Gordon, Joker, Bane and Catwoman.
The second is a Batman 75th Anniversary pack which features Batman in his first appearance suit (purple gloves included!) as you play as Joker and Harley-Quinn during a series of iconic scenes and characters throughout the caped crusaders rich comic book history.
Finally the Man of Steel pack will place you in the minifigure form of Jor-El as he helps Lara and his robot Kelex to launch baby Kal-El away from Planet Krypton’s impending doom and will have you square off against the terrifying General Zod who intends to thwart your plans.
Included in the six packs, the DLC will unlock 40 additional characters to your game.
Each of the six packs will cost you £2.55 each across XBOX 360, XBOX One, PS3, PS4 and PC (no Wii U news so far) or £12.79 if you intend to buy the season pass.
The first three packs will be available to download on the games release on November 14th while the unannounced content of the second batch of packs has not been given a release window at this point.
