Assassin’s Creed America’s Collection Announced

With Rogue, the final American series of Assassin’s Creed, being released this year on last-gen, Ubisoft have decided to bundle the entire series so far into a single case. Assassin’s Creed: The Americas Collection combines Assassin’s Creed 3, Assassin’s Creed Liberation HD and Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag into one package. For European gamers, which includes us here at Twinstick Gaming, the collection will be entitled Assassin’s Creed: Birth of a New World – The American Saga. In my opinion the second one is far far better, but I am a little biased.

This bundle is designed for those that haven’t been keeping up to date with the series so far, and is actually the first physical availability of Liberation HD, as it has only previously been available digitally. Whilst there has been no price announcement so far, the chances are the compilation will be around the £30 – £40 area.

The collection will be released on October 30th for we EU gamers, and 28th for US gamers. The American Collection is being released for PS3, Xbox 360, and PC. No current-gen versions have been revealed, which is a shame as Black-Flag on PS4 and Xbox One was a superior version of last-gen.
