New Assassin’s Creed: Unity video, shows co-op and customisation

With Assassin’s Creed: Unity only weeks away, Ubisoft have dropped another gameplay trailer. This time we get a good look at the customisation options for Arno and the co-op missions. The four-minute long video starts with expanding on the various different weapons, armour and upgrades you can acquire. For the first time in Assassin’s Creed you’ll be able to pick from a skill pool. The system looks to be a variation of the latest Splinter Cell title.

We also see how the skills will work in co-op mode. Mixing up your team’s skills to allow a more tactical approach to these missions. It’s great to see the franchise returning to its stealth roots.

The wide selection of weapons and armour, coupled with the new upgrade system, should mean a lot of open-ended missions and strategy.

Assassin’s Creed: Unity will be release on 13 November in the UK on PS4, Xbox One and PC.
